No Call Out Fee **

Whilst on site if we can fix the problem or carry out the repair without a further visit, we will discuss this with you and with your consent carry out the work the same day.

For a return visit to a job for repair work a full written quotation will be submitted. The quotation will include labour and parts.

New Installations
A full written quotation will be provided after site visit.

Payment
Due at the end of the completed work.  

A small deposit of 25% of the value of the job may be required for new installation work. 

All goods/services remain the property of Soutern Window Installations until payment has been received and cleared in full.

Commercial Work

We are happy to work alongside other trades or as part of a larger team.

All prices subject to current VAT rate

** A call out fee may be charged for non local areas, where the travel distance is greater then 50 miles.  If charged it will be proportionate to travel costs incurred.
