At Southern Window Installations we appreciate and understand that over time things stop working as smoothly as they once use too.   This is where we different form the rest as want to make it our mission to do  "What is right for YOU" our customer.

We know that windows, doors and conservatories can experience problems such as:

Misty Glass Panels

Seized Hinges 

Locks stop working securely and properly,

Handle wear and tear

Accidental Damage  

 Damaged/Cracked Window Cills and Frames

When this happens we will be happy to work with you to resolve the problem.   You can rest assure you wont get the hard pressurized sales talk from us.   We will simply assess the situation to find the fault and advise you accordingly on what is best in our expert opinion to resolve the problem to your satisfaction.

Sometimes it is possibly to fix the fault there and then and if you are happy to for our craftsman to do so he will.   Other times additional parts or specialist fixings may be required.   In the case of misty glass, usually the glass panel itself has to be replaced. In this case, we will give you a quote for a new piece of glass fully fitted by our Craftsman.

Other

We have seen over the years how glass and individual window units can get damaged for one reason on another and need replacing.   We are happy to provide you with a quote for a fully fitted piece of replacement glass or a single window unit depending on what is necessary and "What is right for YOU".  

Pets

We appreciate that some times the addition of a new furry friend might leave you with a dilemma of how to provide a cat/dog flap.    If you decide to adapt your Double Glazing to accommodate your new friends then Southern Window Installations is just the right company to help you.   We will advise you on where and how we can install the new flap and   provide you with a quote for a fully fitted new piece of glass.
